Registration:
Sign-in at Trinity Western University on June 18 from 3:30-6:30 PM.
Last practice starts June 22 at 6 AM.
Dan test follows last practice.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 8, 2010.

Directions:
1. From Hwy 1, take the Langley/Ft. Langley exit 66 at 232 St/Hwy 10.
2. Turn south on 232 St. (which becomes Hwy 10) and take it to Glover Road.
3. Turn right on Glover Road at the lights.
4. Follow Glover Road over the railway tracks.
5. Trinity Western University (TWU) is on the right.

Cost:
$300 Canadian, US price will depend on exchange rate at registration but presently $300.
Includes accommodation and meals (but bring your own bedding, towel and soap).
There is no dinner on Friday, June 18.
Three meals per day are provided on June 19-21 and breakfast is provided June 22.
Cheque should be made payable to Canada Shotokan Karate (not SKA).

You must bring runners to run in the morning--running in bare feet is not permitted.
